Yet it won&#8217;t prevent from stress to return. After all, stress is a consequence of our beliefs about the world. One can&#8217;t choose not to believe something since all our thoughts are based on beliefs. And we create beliefs because we think certain things are true.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The enigma of stress&#8217;s roll in our life may be as old as the first man&#8217;s Cave paintings. Can you imagine how stressful that kind of life used to be? What were they trying to communicate with those paintings? What exactly made them paint on the cave walls? What made them sleepless or what were their fears? There could be many answers but, while no one really knows when exactly stress started to exist in human life, everyone can&#8217;t deny the possibility that everything in life may have a reason.</p>
<p>I definitely do not like those times when I come home from work to realize that a wrecked ship is more resourceful them me. I can&#8217;t stress enough the fact that this kind of reaction to daily events is not healthy. Without mentioning the physical, mental or emotional effects of stress, I simply find it a total waste of time. Without it I could have been more productive during the day. Without it I could have used better the time back home. Still, being stressed out may have some unrecognized benefits.</p>
<p>Now, think of it…</p>
<p>If we were leaving in heaven, would we bother to discover anything new? If we were living in a perfect world, would we ever try to get better in anything? If nothing was annoying us, what would we laugh at? If nothing was bothering us would we still know to appreciate what we have, do or become?</p>
<p>If I were you, I would say that high levels of stress, anxiety and <a href="http://www.stressfreeport.com/recommends/ImmediateAnxietyRelief">panic attacks </a>hardly can make people grateful, happy, creative or curious. And you may usually be right. Yet, these reactions to change in life are a kind of a signal that our body and emotions give us. It is like saying: &#8220;Hey, man! Wake up! You are trying to go through a wall. Look for another way!&#8221;</p>
<p>So, while reading these words you might become more aware of <a href="http://www.stressfreeport.com/recommends/Mind&amp;bodytraining">additional ways to communicate with yourself</a>. Because what I found is that stress on all its levels is actually apinful reminder for me to learn how to know  myself better. Sometimes it isn&#8217;t pleasant. Yet, sometimes only a blast can put out a burning oil well.</p>
