What Stress?!
Hello and welcome to my blog.
Stress is typically defined as the mental response to change in life.
You probably know about it from your own experience, not?
In any case, Stress is a natural response of our body. It is the way of our body to adapt to changes in our environment that requires action. During this response, the body reacts by releasing adrenalin and cortisol to the blood stream. This can cause an increased heart rate, the directing blood flow to specific muscle groups, slowed digestion and other nervous system functions. You might feel stressed about work-related problems, taking an exam or even while making a decision. But you may identify more than one type of stress and NOT all stress is necessarily bad.
And while reading these lines, you may also think that there must be more then one way to reduce it… and you are right. In this blog I’ll give some recommendations, tips and information on ways to get free from stress, its effects and its causes.
